  • You can purchase the service ticket with different scopes (bronze, silver, gold, platinum)
  • Bronze scope of service:
    • Help with connection
    • Help with choosing the right parts
    • Activation of control units (SFD1) **
  • Service scope silver:
    • same scope as bronze
    • Help via Team Viewer *
  • Service scope gold:
    • same scope as silver
    • Provision of available installation instructions / connection instructions
  • Service scope platinum:
    • same scope as gold
    • Help with software configuration / commissioning of retrofits / control parts **
