Our Smartphone Interface is compatible with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto, providing an intelligent and safer way to use your smartphone in the car. Everything is controlled through the vehicle's buttons and operating systems. You can also use Siri and OK Google voice control with the included microphone. Anything you want to do with your smartphone while driving can be done directly through the car's display using Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto. Easily access directions, send and receive messages, listen to your favorite music on Spotify, or tune in to your favorite radio station - all while staying focused on the road.
Simply connect your smartphone to the USB port in our system and you're good to go.

For even more convenience, you can wirelessly connect your Apple iPhone via WiFi. Wireless Apple CarPlay® is possible from the Apple iPhone 5 onwards.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT NOTE

• The MEDIA IN socket on the housing is not an HDMI input for playing external HDMI sources. This socket is required for additional modules in some vehicle types. This product is controlled only by buttons and does not support touchscreen or gesture control.
• If the vehicle is equipped with an NTG 5.0 / 5.1 / 5.2 system with a 7" or 8.4" display, AUX does not need to be present or activated
• If the USB source is selected in the radio/navi system menu, "Multimedia 1 + 2" should be displayed on the monitor. If "USB 1 or USB 2" is displayed, this set cannot be installed. This must be checked in advance.
• This retrofit is not intended for hands-free calling
• Not compatible with vehicles with Code 867 (Splitview / Switchable passenger display)

INSTALLATION NOTE
This product is designed for use in vehicles with a 12V battery. Do not install it in vehicles with a different voltage. Never extend the HSD signal lines. This product consists of highly precise parts and should not be subjected to strong impacts. Never open the housing. To protect driving safety and avoid traffic violations, never operate the product while driving. Optional rearview cameras are only visible when reversing. Always pay attention to your surroundings and never rely solely on the camera. All installation steps should be carried out by a trained professional. During installation, the ignition must be turned off, and the product should only be connected to power after complete wiring. NEVER plug or unplug the cables while the system is on to avoid damaging the monitor or the product. Route the cables so they do not come into contact with metal edges. Contact with hot surfaces should be avoided when wiring the main unit. High temperatures can damage the wiring and cause short circuits, arcs, and fires. Please do NOT install the product in a damp environment to avoid electric shocks, damage, and fires caused by a short circuit. Upon receiving the product, check if all components are in the package. If something is missing, inform the supplier/manufacturer. Start the engine before loading, check the interface to see if the function is displayed, check the key to ensure the vehicle interface works correctly. Please provide feedback to the supplier/manufacturer if you have any questions. When installing, handle disassembled vehicle parts carefully and avoid scratching the dashboard. Unused connector plugs must be insulated to prevent short circuits. Cable connections should be securely plugged in. Avoid interfering with control components such as the steering wheel, gas pedal, and brake pedal.
