It works.
Installed this on my 2019 RS3 and works perfectly!
Documentation supplied by Kufatec was straightforward, but it is not an easy retrofit by any means.
My only issue was that Kufatec uses the same white wires for everything! Function is printed on each wire but only at the end (!) and if you chop the wiring shorter (to the desired lenght) you lose the pinout :(
