Collect bonus points and save on shopping next time

As a loyal, signed up KUFATEC customer you will be rewarded with every order and you will gain valuable points with our bonus system. From these points, you can purchase special bonus items, or cash in directly with your order and save on your next purchase.

How do I receive bonus points?

With every purchase (signed up and logged in) you will receive one bonus point per 10 € purchase value. The purchase value corresponds to the value of the goods without VAT and shipping costs. The points are always rounded up to a full ten.

Example:
Value of goods: 499,00 €
Shipping costs: 5,50 €
19% VAT: 80,55 €
Total: 504,50 €
Total without VAT: 423,95 €

equals = 50 points.
50 points correspond to € 5.00, which you then, for example, can redeem at your next order.

When do I get the points credited?

The bonus points will be credited to your account 30 days after the payment has been received and will then be available for use.

How do I use the points?

You can charge the points on your next order and save money this way. The points can only be redeemed in our online shop and can not be paid out. The bonus points can be redeemed after you reached a total of at least 10 points (€ 1.00). Alternatively, you can also purchase certain bonus items from the points. These items can be found on this page – if any are currently available.

Where do I see my bonus points?

You can always see your current number of bonus points in your customer account. Log in with your user data and visit your profile. Alternatively, visit your points overview.

Special offers and promotions

You can also collect and use the points for special offers such as discounts and promotions, as the points always refer to your shopping cart value. The value can not be exceeded.
