- Complete set for retrofitting folding exterior mirrors in Audi Q5 FY
- The mirrors can be folded by using the adjustment button at the drivers door
- The folding function, while closing the vehicle, can be enabled / disabled with the MMI

Note:
- the lower parts of the outside mirrors are black, the painted mirror caps as well as lenses are taken over
- Only for vehicles without cameras in the exterior mirrors (PR-No.: 6XC / 6XD + KA0, KA2)
- Compatibility of the door control units must be checked: there are 3 different hardware versions of the door control units (Lowline "3" - Midline "5" - Highline "7") required for "folding exterior mirrors" is Midline or Highline
- To determine if you have the right door control units, the part number must be read out by diagnostics
- Example part number: XX0 959? 9X + index letter such as A, B, C
- the location of the ? "Question mark" is crucial
- ? = 3 = not compatible - door control unit must be replaced
- ? = 5 = compatible for retrofitting "folding exterior mirrors"
- ? = 7 = compatible for retrofitting "folding exterior mirrors"
- e.g. 4M0959793X / 4M0959792X are suitable, 4M0959593X / 4M0959592X are to be replaced
- In case the ex Factory installed control units are not suitable, you need to use the control units in our "Accessories" area. This ensures that the control unit has correct software and data sets

PLEASE NOTE: This is a one-time service. Should any codings be lost – for example due to a software update or other modifications to the vehicle – the commissioning fee will be charged again.
If the scope of delivery does not include a remote diagnostic interface or coding dongle, an additional KUFATEC dongle of your choice or our KURDIS KUFATEC Remote Diagnostic Interface (Item No. 70000) will be required for commissioning.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING APPOINTMENTS: New commissioning appointments are currently only available from calendar week 27 onwards. Please take this into account when placing your order. To schedule an appointment, please contact us after your purchase.
