Product Description:

Roof module for enhanced roof operation
Roof operations will be controlled using the original remote control or the indoor roof switch
Software can be updated in the future
Module features:
- Module activation/deactivation
- One-touch roof operation (remote / indoor roof switch)
- Roof operation up to 60 km/h (can easily be set while driving):
  - Max speed for CLK : 40km/h
  - Max speed for SLK/SL : 60km/h
- Hazard lights can be activated during roof operation (only for remote operations)
- Seamless roof operation -
  - Roof operation will continue if you open / close the roof with the remote key and turn the ignition on/off
  - Roof operation will continue if you open / close the roof with the indoor switch and pull out the ignition key
  - Due to safety concerns all operations can be interrupted
  - Roof operation will resume in case of over speeding, i.e: if you start a roof operation and drive faster than the specified max speed the roof operation will automatically resume by reducing your speed under the max speed within 30 seconds.

In the standby mode, each device consumes a small amount of power. Even complex vehicle controllers should not need more than 2.0mA to avoid an empty battery after a long standing time, e.g. after a holiday. Due to quality engineering and manufacturing, this module requires less than 0.03mA.
This device does not include any pinch detection; therefore this module should only be used when exercising caution and responsibility.
